Commercial: These can be on all types of commercial real estate including: office buildings, auto centers, strip centers, industrial buildings, single purpose buildings like restaurants or gas stations. Cash flow from the property itself is the primary consideration.

SBA Loans: These are very good for owner user commercial property. The rates are extremely competitive and high LTVs are allowed.

Multi-Unit residential: These are for residential properties of 5-50 units. Cash flow from the property itself is the primary consideration.
